Hi Ashish, If you don’t use an external HSS, then the Homestead database will be the master copy of subscriber information. It will make no DIAMETER requests to a HSS, instead it will respond directly to the requests from Sprout (using the subscriber information in its database).
During initial registration, the UE will contact Bono (our P-CSCF; not Ellis which is the web front-end of our provisioning server) and a 401 challenge will be sent.
