The release for sprint "Dune" has been cut. The code for this release is
tagged as release-71 in github.

This release contains the following new features.

* Chronos can now scale up and down quickly, meaning that you don't
need to wait for the re-registration period for your timers to be balanced
across the Chronos cluster. You can find updated instructions for resizing your
cluster in
https://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Clearwater_Elastic_Scaling/index.html.

* We made a number of enhancements to our Clearwater juju charms. We'll
shortly be posting more details about this, so look out for the post on our
blog (http://www.projectclearwater.org/latest-news/)!

* We continued our work to make configuration and clustering of
Clearwater deployments simpler. More to come in future releases.

This release also includes the following fixes.

* Sprout encodes the Message-Body field incorrectly in JSON ACRs
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/1007)

* Bono generates no ACR when rejecting a request
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/1006)

* Global tel uri Terminating tests fail
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/1001)

* poll_sprout_http runs even if Sprout is running in I-CSCF-only mode
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/999)

* Calls result in 483 (too many hops) when terminating leg is not
registered and call routes through a VoLTE TAS
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/997)

*         is_user_numeric doesn't correctly identify phone numbers

* Call traffic impacted when a Ralf is isolated from the network
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/920)

* Sprout uses jsoncpp for parsing json - it should use rapidjson
instead (https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/issues/888)

* 5003 errors from the HSS aren't signalled back to Sprout correctly
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/homestead/issues/210)

* Diameter stack doesn't retry connections if they're closed cleanly
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/cpp-common/issues/280)

*         FHoSS recipe needs updating

For upgrading to this release, follow the instructions at
http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Upgrading_a_Clearwater_deployment/index.html.
If you are deploying an all-in-one node, the standard image
(http://vm-images.cw-ngv.com/cw-aio.ova) has been updated for this release.

Thanks,

Ellie
