Hi, 

Can you please send me some more diagnostics for this? You can turn on debug 
logging for Homestead by creating/editing the file 
/etc/clearwater/user_settings, adding log_level=5 and then restarting Homestead 
(run 'service homestead stop' - it's automatically restarted by monit). The 
logs for Homestead are in /var/log/homestead/homestead_*.

Can you send me logs that cover Homestead trying to establish a connection to 
the HSS (which it does on startup) and covering an subscriber registration 
attempt. 

Also, you've said that 'when the client try to register I see this error in 
HSS', but there's no error following this in the email. Can you please resend 
this?

Hi,
I integrated an external HSS to CW IMS and i configured an user profil in HSS.

But the registration did not work and also when i start the HSS, it show me 
this error:

   ERROR de.fhg.fokus.diameter.DiameterPeer.peer.StateMachine - I_Snd_Conn_Req 
StateMachine: Peer 172.31.23.56:3869 not responding to connection attempt

and also when the client try to register i see this error in HSS:


i am using Zoiper as SIP client
and this what i put in /etc/clearwater/config # HSS configuration 
hss_hostname=172.31.51.244 hss_port=3868
