Hi Felipe,

I’m glad to hear this is working for you on the older version. I suspect that
Monit was killing Cassandra on the newest OVF image - we’ve put in a fix to
make the Monit behaviour less aggressive now. This fix will be in our next
release.

Ellie

Hi guys, sorry for the span : )

I got an older OVF image with one of my colleagues and it it works smoothie. I
think it's just a specific problem with the last OVF image (13/05/2015).

Tks,

Hi all, just to complement: I noticed that Cassandra of this OVF image is
always shutting down and then restarting. Is this normal?

I tested in a virtual machine with 6GB of virtual memory and two cores (i5
machine) allocated. Is this enough for the OVF image without any client
registred yet?

Assunto: [Clearwater] Sprout-Homestead/HSS connection problems (OVF)

Hi,

I'm new to Clearwater and I had installed the last OVF image in a KVM
enviroment, where the VM is directly connected to the laboratory network. The
clearwater OVF VM correctly received an IP from a DHCP server, and also all
process seems to be running.

Then I tried the "making your first call" with a Jitsi client. First I
successfully signup by Ellis interface and got the private identity and
password. When I signed in on Jitsi, I notice the following errors at
/var/log/sprout:

Because of this, when I tried a call between two end-points I got the following
error also at sprout log and the call didn't work:

Any idea?

Thanks,
