Hi Juliano, Yes, checking that the 'ping' route returns a 200 OK is the right way to do this - this is how we do it in our own monitoring scripts (https://github.com/Metaswitch/crest/blob/dev/homestead.root/usr/share/clearwater/bin/poll_homestead-prov.sh#L39).
I'll look at getting this added to the API docs on Github.
