Hi Priyanka,

Did you hit this today? I ask because we’ve just cut over our stable release to
use Ubuntu 14.04 rather than 12.04 (proposed at
http://lists.projectclearwater.org/pipermail/clearwater/2015-June/002297.html,
and the release note is coming later on today). Can you please retry with a
14.04 machine?

For the sprout command, you need to quote the scscf-uri value – e.g.
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=usr/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH build/bin/sprout -t --domain=ims.hom
--scscf=5054 --scscf-uri=”sip:192.168.1.53:5054;transport=TCP”
--hss=192.168.1.55:8888. I’ll update the documentation with this.

Subject: [Clearwater] issue with clearwater installation

Hi,

I am doing manual installation of ralf on ubuntu12.04. But i am getting the
following error:

sudo DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt-get install ralf --yes
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
ralf : Depends: clearwater-infrastructure but it is not going to be installed
Depends: clearwater-log-cleanup but it is not going to be installed
Depends: chronos but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libboost-regex1.54.0 but it is not installable
Depends: libzmq3 but it is not installable
Depends: clearwater-memcached but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libboost-filesystem1.54.0 but it is not installable
Depends: astaire but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libsnmp30 but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I added

deb http://repo.cw-ngv.com/stable binary/ in
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/clearwater.list

and performed sudo apt-get update

However, I am facing the problem when I try to install the node specific stuff.
I tried accessing http://repo.cw-ngv.com/stable and it is showing 404.

Also, I am doing a source code install for sprout. The command line instruction
to start it gives following error:

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=usr/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH build/bin/sprout -t --domain=ims.hom
--scscf=5054 --scscf-uri=sip:192.168.1.53:5054;transport=TCP
--hss=192.168.1.55:8888

07-07-2015 17:19:42.669 UTC Error main.cpp:1405: S/I-CSCF enabled with no
Homestead server

--hss=192.168.1.55:8888: command not found

Please help me solve the above issue.

Thanks,

Priyanka
