We’ve now changed how our docs are displayed, so that http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/stable/ matches our stable code that’s gone through QA, and http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest matches up with our bleeding edge code (which may be more unstable). In the Midnight’s Children release (which is the current stable release), you shouldn’t try and install clearwater-prov-tools. It looks like cassandra isn’t running correctly on your node (the error commands come from Homestead attempting to insert its schema into cassandra). What do the logs in /var/log/cassandra say?
