Anil, Good spot, the OVA we uploaded at the end of last sprint had an issue where Ellis was not being automatically provisioned with numbers. You were correct to look for create_numbers.py and you could follow the instructions in https://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Manual_Install/index.html#provision-telephone-numbers-in-ellis to provision the numbers (it's not quite as simple as running the script). Alternatively, we've just uploaded an updated OVA with a fix for the issue to the standard place so, if you prefer, you can just download that image and deploy it instead.
