Hi Sai,

How have you created your subscriber? Did you use Ellis? If so, then when you 
created the subscriber it will have displayed the password on the Dashboard, 
e.g:

Private Identity:
[email protected]
Password: XyXjdAGVZ

The password is only shown once (it's normally shown as 'Not available'). To 
generate a new password, click the reset button.

The 'signup_key' in /etc/clearwater/shared_config controls who's allowed to 
create an account on Ellis. You need this to create an administrator account on 
Ellis - it's not used for subscriber passwords.

I have given Authentication password as "secret" which has  taken from 
/etc/clearwater/config



Could you please guide me here.
