It looks like you’ve updated the Homestead code as well as installing the debug package (based on the cassandra store logs you didn’t have at least this PR - https://github.com/Metaswitch/cpp-common/pull/390/files - in your Homestead code). Can you please make sure that the rest of your Clearwater deployment is in sync with your Homestead? Log attached. The message is not 100% correct according to 3GPP TS 24.341 (Table B 6 1), as it has the Request-URI and Route headers switched. Sprout works fine if the Request-URI is the destination and the Route is the sprout address. So it's an edge case. Presumably the crash should be handled better though.
