Hi David,

I've checked an all-in-one IPv6 node for myself, and spotted and raised a
couple of issues that might explain why Cassandra is failing:
https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-etcd/issues/162 and
https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-etcd/issues/287.

If you can send across the log files in /var/log/cassandra,
/var/log/clearwater-etcd and /var/log/clearwater-cluster-manager, and the
config file /etc/cassandra/cassandra.yaml, we should be able to confirm whether
you're hitting these issues.

We'll resolve these issues as part of our general process of investigating and
resolving bugs - let us know if you have a particular timeline or urgency here
(though it sounds, from one of your later emails, like you might have found a
way around this problem and got a bit further?).

Best,
Rob

Subject: [Project Clearwater] Clearwater All in One VM IPV6 Issues

Hi all,

I'm trying to configure a Cleawater All in One VM with IPV6.
The VM successfully obtains an IPv6 address, nevertheless as told on
http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/stable/IPv6.html , I created a file
"force_ipv6" on /etc/clearwater.

After restart the VM, I can see using "sudo monit summary" that homestead and
cassandra process failed Initializing.

In Summary:
- Import cw-aio to Virtualbox
- create "force_ipv6" to /etc/clearwater/
- restart

Anyone have faced similar issues?

Best Regards,
David Salvador
