Hi Juan, Have you seen our documentation on off-net calling at http://clearwater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/IBCF.html?
In order to get your BGCF to route calls to your I-BCF, you will need to: * Set up ENUM configuration to translate off-net calls to the correct trunk IP address or domain name as described in the first example in http://clearwater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/IBCF.html#enum-configuration. * Set up a route from your BGCF to your I-BCF as described in http://clearwater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/IBCF.html#bgcf-configuration. There is an example snippet of bgcf.json - you will want a route containing a domain name or IP address matching what you configured in ENUM. You will also need to configure your I-BCF to accept requests from each of your Sprout nodes from the BGCF port (usually 5054). You will need to configure your I-BCF to send requests to your I-CSCF on Sprout if you are using one, or your S-CSCF on Sprout if you are not. You will need to make sure your firewall and cloud infrastructure allow all of these requests through. I don't know how to do this on your cloud infrastructure, or on the Genband SBC.
