Hi Rashid,
It looks like the public_hostname setting in /etc/clearwater/local_config is
set to just ‘bono’ (we add a Record-Route header using that hostname,
‘Record-Route: <sip:<flow identifier>@bono:5060;transport=UDP;lr>'). The client
can’t resolve this, so it fails to send the ACK.
Can you try setting public_hostname to something that can be resolved by the
clients (e.g. an IP address, or bono.cwhpe.com)

Dear Eleanor,
I have upgraded my Clearwater manual installation (1 node for each component)
to the recent Diglett release.
However, now my calls get CANCELLED by the receiving SIP client after 30
seconds - consistently.
Is there a specific configuration I should edit to avoid this ?
