The first place I would look is in the logs for Bono and Sprout to see what they are doing with your registration. You can find these at /var/log/bono and /var/log/sprout. These should give us a clue what is going wrong. It’s also worth checking that you have the right settings in your SIP client. http://clearwater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/Configuring_Zoiper_Android_iOS_Client.html gives some tips on setting this up, but I could double-check for you. I create one machine which uses one real IP(140.123.103.146) and I install all six clearwater elements (ellis, bono, sprout, homer, homestead, ralf)in this machine. After I finished all steps of the official website, I went to the website(140.123.103.146) and register a account successfully. Then no matter I use Boghe IMS Client or IMS Droid with the account information, I can not login into clearwater.
