The release for Project Clearwater sprint "Horsea" has been cut. The code for
this release is tagged as release-101 in github.

As part of our move towards supporting CentOS alongside Ubuntu, we ported over
several of the core Project Clearwater packages. Monit, libnss-ato,
clearwater-snmp-alarm-agent, and clearwater-radius-auth now build and run on
CentOS 7.

This release includes the following bug fixes:

* SNMP scalars are exposed under the wrong OID
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/cpp-common/issues/523)

*         Crash when re-raising alarms
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/cpp-common/issues/521)

* Must run create_user as root (at least first time)
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/crest/issues/271)

* Misleading 'Cassandra is not installed yet, skipping schema addition
for now' log (https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-cassandra/issues/95)

* clearwater-socket-factory is labelled architecture "all" - should be
"any" (https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-infrastructure/issues/329)

*         bracket_ipv6_address on Sprout uses a constant 60-100% CPU
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-infrastructure/issues/328)

* Race condition between AlarmReqAgent::stop and
AlarmReqAgent::alarm_request
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-snmp-handlers/issues/127)

* clearwater-cluster-manager gives error on start
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-etcd/issues/294)

* Can't spin up homestead node from private repo
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-heat/issues/30)

* Homestead node takes 15 minutes to come up
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-heat/issues/28)

* No build of snmpd package
(https://github.com/Metaswitch/centos-clearwater-net-snmp/issues/3)

 If you are deploying an all-in-one node, the standard image
