Hi Victor,
We have done some testing using VMs slightly larger than yours: · 2 vCPUs · 4GB RAM · 20GB storage. We’ve found that, depending on your hardware and traffic profile, you can often get between 100k and 200k BHCA using a single Sprout node, and 200k-400k using Ralf and Homestead. Of course, your mileage may vary, so I’d recommend doing some pretty extensive performance testing before attempting to use this. We have some docs on stress testing available here: http://clearwater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/Clearwater_stress_testing.html. We expect Clearwater’s performance to scale linearly as you add more nodes to the deployment (scaling horizontally). However, changing the size of individual VMs is likely to have quite non-linear effects. Maybe there is available information about how many resources consumes one video and one audio call? Does the connection between the number of calls and consuming resources is linear? Thanks in advance -- Best regards, Victor _______________________________________________ Clearwater mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> http://lists.projectclearwater.org/mailman/listinfo/clearwater_lists.projectclearwater.org
