No, you can’t use that config file to route requests to a different S-CSCF based on the request method, as the S-CSCF is selected on a per-subscriber basis (using the info provided by the HSS).
What are you trying to achieve by doing this? It may be that there’s some other way to do what you’re trying to do. Seb.
