Just to confirm first - have you set the scscf_node_uri in local_config on all of your sprout nodes? I can see from the log lines you included that your running on an older version of clearwater. A lot of the code around this area has changed since the release you're on, so I'd suggest upgrading your clearwater deployment to the latest release (which is now release 114). Thanks, Seb.
