In order to diagnose the issue I need to understand a little more about your deployment. Could you please answer: * What does your deployment look like? What node types are you using and what are the IP addresses of your TAS and MRF node? * What is the expected call flow of the Communication Diversion scenario with MRF announcement that you are testing? It would also be helpful if you could supply the Sprout log file (contained in /var/log/sprout) for the time at which you made the call.
