Thank you for your question and the helpful screenshots you have provided.

I can see that the configuration in your Zoiper client is missing a few crucial 
settings. You can follow the guide 
here<https://clearwater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/Making_your_first_call.html> 
to see how you should configure your clients.

To add these settings in Zoiper go to Settings > Preferences. You should then 
enter the Auth. username ([email protected]) and the domain (example.com). 
There should also be a check box that you can check for using an outbound proxy.

With all this in place your Zoiper preferences window should look like:

[cid:[email protected]]

Please let me know if you are able to register a subscriber with these settings.

Dear Concern,

I am trying to explore some features of IMS. I am using All-In-One Images of 
clearwater project in Virtualbox. I am facing problems to register soft Phone 
using SIP protocol.

I created an SIP user using Ellies ( localhost:8080 ).

But I cannot register. For X-Lite, if I give the same credentials I get SIP 408 
Error

Could you please guide me how I can register on IMS.
