Have you tried following the steps in the knife troubleshooting guide - https://github.com/Metaswitch/chef/blob/master/docs/knife_commands.md#troubleshooting ? Specifically, have you checked for rogue entries using *<knife client list>* and *<knife node list>*? There could also be an issue with your cookbooks - ensure that these are uploaded as per instructions in the doc. Let me know how you get on. Thanks, Ben
