No.  If the invite were recognised as being for a registered subscriber, then 
it would use the Service-Route from the REGISTER (which should be bono port 
5058) with no need for DNS to be set.

However the To URI in the INVITE is not 
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>, but 
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>.  Sprout does not 
recognise this as an on-net subscriber, and so tries to route off-net (to a 
destination which happens to be bono).
