Hello
I'm experimenting with the Application Servers. I want to know if its
possible to run MMTEL AS over a separated container.
I tried to run it over a container named "mmtel" and I followed the process
described in the read the docs Configuring an Application Server via Ellis:

The MMTEL appears in the UI but I got no idea of how to turn on the MMTEL
services
