I have a high-end gaming PC (i7-6700K@4GHz) running vanilla Ubuntu 16.10 with Clementine 1.3.1 from Ubuntu repository.
Clementine uses constantly about 20-25 % of CPU time when playing any audio file. This is way too much considering the fact that the mpv video player uses about 5% of cpu when playing 1080p video with 6.1 audio. My sound card is Cambridge Audio DacMagic+ in USB audio mode. I have tried changing the default system samplerate (/etc/pulse/daemon.conf) from 44.1kHz to 48kHz but that didn't help. Any ideas? -BC -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Clementine Music Player" group.
