Hello! I am working on a python client library which uses the remote protocol: https://github.com/jjmontesl/python-clementine-remote
I would like to release it as MIT, Apache, or LGPL license, but I am using the protobuf message definitions from the main player project. Can I still choose any license I want for the client library? Mainly I would like to have a license compatible with home-assistant, since I am ultimately aiming for a home-assistant integration. Any help or guidance, or maybe a direct permission, would be very welcome.
