Clementine uses a toolkit called Qt for drawing its user interface. On Linux you can use qtconfig tool to make fonts in all applications that use Qt as large as you like, unfortunatelly I have no idea if it is also possible on Windows. AFAIK Qt on Windows uses system settings so maybe you can try to set larger fonts in your windows settings?
