I just downloaded the Clementine Music Player and imported all of my music files. I've been using iTunes for about a decade and finally got tired of my iTunes library going buggy every couple of years. I researched alternative music players and Clementine looked promising. The import worked fine, all my files seem to be in my Clementine folder. And I can browse through my albums to pick a song to play. But it looks like there's going to be a learning curve before I can figure out how to scan my library for favorite songs and those that I've recently added etc, and also to use Clementine to add playlists etc to my other devices like my phone and tablet.
