No worries! :) It's easy to misconstrue what others mean online when text
is their only form of explaining their intent. I hope it may help you. Are
your tooltips instant? Otherwise, simply moving your cursor off the menu
after you click it should allow you to read it clearly without them? I am
not an OSX user, but I do use it occasionally, but can't remember if the
menus work quite the same way as in Linux and Windows or if you have to
click-and-hold only on OSX menus.
