Hello! Thanks for the answer, and yes, it seems, that tracks are really in the "Unknown" list. But I still can't use search tool on them. They don't appear in results.
What I'm talking about is the Issue 2374, "Search in filename" https://github.com/clementine-player/Clementine/issues/2374 -- bumped into it accidentally. The idea is: you've got new music -- type it's name -- now you're listening. ...doesn't work like that now. No tags - no music. Go scroll for it manually. Or patch id3 first.
