No.  The iPod entry under devices shows a text message that says it is 
syncing and then displays the number of songs, but it does not display the 
iPod contents in either pane.

You can drag songs onto the iPod entry and it does create file at the top 
level, but the iPod cannot see them as they are not integrated into the 
library.  Since it reports that there are 9386 songs on the iPod, it seems 
to understand the library structure, but doesn't seem to sync to it.

Since the library contents isn't displayable, there is no way to manually 
operate on it.

It looks like Clementine may be prepared to deal with a raw mp3 device with 
a standard filesystem of music like that on the computer, but it doesn't 
seem to really understand the Apple iPod device.
