Aix: I know of no way to do this within Clementine itself.
I'm on Linux and there is a separate program called playerctl that allows you to manually or programmatically control the music player. With this, it would be a fairly simple task to create a shell script that did what you wanted. If you are on windows or mac, then I suspect that there must be a similar music player control utility to do the same thing. Maybe others on these platforms can offer suggestions.
