But...

for Windows you will have to compile it yourself, this seems to involve
using an Ubuntu install and creating a chroot to compile it. If you
feel capable of doing it the instructions are here,

There may be other better or worse ways of doing this.

There may be pre-bult binaries on the internet somewhere.
