The latest build is here; https://github.com/clementine-player/Clementine/releases But... for Windows you will have to compile it yourself, this seems to involve using an Ubuntu install and creating a chroot to compile it. If you feel capable of doing it the instructions are here, https://github.com/clementine-player/Clementine/wiki/Compiling-from-Source-%28Windows%29 There may be other better or worse ways of doing this.
