I have an audio CD I wanted to rip, first off it never picked up any
details of the CD, No Artist name, no Albums name and none of the 14
track names. I selected all the tracks to be ripped, it took nearly 10
minutes to rip single 5 minute track and then sat there until I pressed
the start button to start ripping the 2nd track which took another 10
minutes.
I have always found ripping CD the achilleas heel on Clementine, but
this was surely the worst I have seen it. I am running Debian Bullseye,
XFCE desktop Clementine 1.4 RC2, QT 5.15.2. i7 processor and 16gb
memory. Can anybody advise why this happened?
