It is undefined when getHierarchyService return null, if that's legal the code
in the AbstarctDiscobitHanlder should deal with this situation. An alternative
would be to have an implementation of HierarchyService that can be instantiated
with an TripleCollection in the constructor, this could then be returned by the
deafult implemenentation of this method.
