Currently it can put two different documents at http://localhost:8080/foo+bar and at http://localhost:8080/foo%20bar maintaining the original encoding inthe RDF URI Reference.
According to http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-concepts/#dfn-URI-reference the space is legal in RDF URI References but not valid IRI so its used is deprecated (implementations may produce warning). My guess is that the uris should be normalized at the jax-re implemnation level, but I haven't checked the specs yet. Chhers, reto
