In rdf.utils add class to remove duplicate node from a triple collection, this
is of use whenthe underlying triple collection implementation doesn't take care
of it (or doen't know about the ifps).
Here we just take care of inverse functional properies, functioanlal
properties, owl-sameas and leaninfication (by rdf semantics) may be other
issues.
