Support Expansion beyond MSG for resources

It shall be possible to specify the query parameter xPropObj and xProSubj,
these properties specify property uris (both parameters might be repeated). For
the specified properties their objects respectively subjects are expanded as if
they were bnodes.
rationale: in templates the graph can be expanded arbitrarily, moving more
logic to the client and getting rdf(/json) requires to be able to access the
full content of the triple collection backing the reponse graphnode.
