As web app developer I render the permissiondescriptions iin an ssp. therefore
the permission ontology has to be improved:
todo create properties:
perm:javaPermissionString points to the java permission string which is a
DatatypeProperty of type xsd:string
perm:permIcon points to a UriRef of an image icon
