Currently the MessageBodyWriter is selected purely basing on the preference
indicated in the accept header, if multiple accept header entry have the same
priority anyone of them for which a MBW is available may be chosen.
Accept : application/x-unknown, application/rdf+xml
Might lead to the MBW for */* being selected for attempting to produce
application/x-unknown even if a MBW for application/rdf+xml is available.
