Regarding dereferenceability via browser it would be possible to specify in the definition of the class that is the domain of :mediatype that it only denotes resources that can be dereferenced over the web, but even this restriction would be no guarantee that this dereferenceable name is in fact available in the graph, and even if it is available as one of the names of the resource in the graph there would be no guarantee that this is in fact the subject of the relevant statements (it could be just in a owl:sameAs statement).
