Building Clerezza fails

I checked out Clerezza
(http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/clerezza/trunk), changed directory
to scala-scripting and ran mvn clean install.
This failed because its unable to find
org.apache.felix:maven-bundle-plugin:pom:2.1.0-SNAPSHOT.
The pom that uses this snapshot is script-engine/pom.xml
I think all that is needed is to change this to use a released version.
