Currently the TDB storage provider returns non-lockable MGraphs that are then
wrapped by the TcManager to become lockable. As a consequence as restart of
TcManager my cause a new lockableMGarph to be created while other instances are
still reacheable with a different lock. The TcProvider should directly deliver
LockableMGraphs to make sure they always use the same lock.
