Spelling mistake, if a user does not have a certain permission

If a user does not have a permission to view a page, he will get redirected to
the login page, where it says: "The user XXX has not the required permissions
to view this page. ...." but this is not correct. It should say: " The user
DOES NOT HAVE the required permission ....".
