This hoes become urgent as eith the resolution of CLEREZZA-325 html is now the
default format delivered, it id very unsatisfactory to upload an owl:ontology
to the content-graph and get an "Untitled Content" with just the URI in the
body when requesting the owl:Ontolgy-URI via CURL.
