Reto Bachmann-Gmür commented on CLEREZZA-487:
---------------------------------------------

I understand the need for 2, but I only agree with 1 if this doesn't increase
complexity (i.e. is invisible) for those who just want to create a normal WebId
without caring about multiple URIs in SAN fields.

> deal with Certificates that contain mailto and other URIs in SAN field

> There are X509 Certificates with mailto and other URIs in the SAN field. I
> think currently those are not dealt with correctly and probably lead to an
> exception being thrown.
> 1. Make it possible to create such certs easily (so that I can then test them)
> 2. Don't fail on those: just treat them as unverified for the moment
