The problem is that collections that are provided in the virtual content graph
but not in contentgraph are not shown with header. The easiest solution which
wouldn't reduce the performance of typeHanlderSpace is to provide the renderlet
for headedpages also for collections (so that collections need not explicietely
also be a HeadedPage).
