I think the issue is related to the jline console. The one used by clerezza is
a generic one that should work well via ssh. What we might do if the input and
output stream passed to the shell-service are a console let jline detect which
console is best used. Previous to the resoultion of CLEREZZA-565 it always took
the os-dependent jline-console. We probably should add a method to the
ShellFactory that takes a flag isSystemConsole to use os-specific console.
