Make the Clerezza CAS Consumer extensible with different strategies for mapping
the CAS model to a graph.
The strategy should be configurable in the Clerezza descriptor.
The 'default' strategy should use UIMAUtils while still allowing different
implementations for mapping CAS to Clerezza graphs
