This patch provides a first version of the SingleTdbDatasetTcProvider.
This version passes the TcProvider and MGraph related tests. The unit tests
relating multi threading are still missing.
I am also planing to provide additional tests for the special features such as
the support for the default (union) graph over all RDF data managed by this
provider.
This is mainly intended to start testing related to the problem in Stanbol
described in the mail thread referenced in the initial description
