Hi, checked keys, notices, license, dependencies and the also the build from the source release was working for me (mac osx 10.8, java 1.6.0_33, mvn 3.0.3)

Year this was one reason for removing stanbol internal dependencies from the reactor. An other one was to encourage developers to depend on the oldest supported version of an dependency as this allows users to install single components with bug fixes without requiring to update all the others. Note however that the Stanbol Launchers always use the newest version of all Stanbol Modules. I think Stanbol adopted this strategy from Apache Sling.
